Cannabis Dispensary Seeks Safety Associates
California’s premier medical cannabis dispensary is looking for Safety Associates Associates to provide exemplary service to our patients. Our Safety Associates maintain a high profile and act as a visible deterrent to ensure the safety of all staff, patients, visitors, and assets. Safety Associates verify patient recommendations and interact in a positive manner while maintaining order and compliance with policies and rules of conduct.
We are a rapidly growing, fully licensed medical cannabis dispensary. We offer a fast-paced yet congenial and warm work environment, competitive hourly wage and benefits.
Minimum Qualifications:
*Excellent Communication Skills
*Two years recent service based security
*Strong conflict resolution skills
*Basic knowledge of medical cannabis and/or the medical cannabis movement
***The City of Oakland requires that employees are able to pass a criminal background check and possess a current medical cannabis recommendation from a licensed physician***
Preferred Qualifications:
*Previous security experience
*Previous security training
*Guard Card trained (desired)
*Customer Service experience
*CPR Training preferred
*Previous health care/dispensary experience
